In Episode 1, I will give you tips and tricks for eliminating boredom during those repetitious moments in class and making sure your students obsess over your program! As music teachers, we know how important it is to repeat tricky passages. I always tell my students that doing it once the right way isn’t enough. Especially if we have done it somewhat wrong multiple times before. I tell them that they have to balance out the scales and then tip the scales in favor of a better performance. My students really seem to understand this idea. Listen closely for a variety of ways to keep your students engaged and excited!
